• Education: Pursuing a degree in Robotics, Manufacturing Tech, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Tech, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on hobbyist experience).
• 3D Printing Familiarity: Prior experience with standard desktop 3D printing (slicing software, troubleshooting extrusion, G-code) is a massive plus. We will train you on the concrete side!
• Technical Aptitude: Strong spatial awareness and comfort operating digital user interfaces paired with heavy mechanical machinery.
• Attention to Detail: Concrete cures fast. You need to be highly observant, proactive, and calm under pressure when monitoring a live print.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work on active construction sites, handle heavy hoses/equipment, and adapt to changing outdoor weather conditions.

What you'll be doing:

• Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate our large-scale 3D concrete printing systems both in the shop and on active residential build sites.
• Material Management: Monitor and manage the concrete mixing equipment, ensuring the material consistency matches the required print speed and ambient weather conditions.
• File Preparation: Load, review, and execute G-code or slicing files, ensuring the digital blueprint translates perfectly to the physical machine.
• Quality Control: Actively monitor layers during the printing process, quickly troubleshooting minor alignment, extrusion, or mechanical issues on the fly.
• Post-Print Maintenance: Perform essential daily clean-up and preventative maintenance on print heads, hoses, and nozzles to keep the system running smoothly.
